The Cumberland County Public Utilities Division of the Engineering and Infrastructure Department provides the planning, development and implementation of programs to expand and extend water and/or sanitary sewer services into the unincorporated areas of the County, primarily through the organization and administration of water and sewer districts established by the Board of County Commissioners.
Payments are due to the Public Utilities office by 5 p.m. on the 10th of each month and become delinquent thereafter,
whereupon the late penalty fee currently in effect will be added to the
actions will begin on the 11th of each month or the next business day thereafter. Accounts delinquent at that time may incur collection fees per the current rate schedule. If bills are not paid by the 24th of the same month, the County may discontinue service.
Service will be restored after account balance is paid in full and a $25 reconnection fee is paid.
