FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – Cumberland County invites residents to participate in a brief community survey to share perspectives on a potential joint 911 operations center.
A joint 911 operations center is one of several options being discussed to address emergency call handling and coordination across the county. The community survey is designed to gather resident feedback on experiences, priorities and considerations related to emergency response and 911 communications.
The survey is part of ongoing discussions aimed at better understanding community expectations and identifying how emergency services can best meet resident needs now and in the future. County leaders are seeking input to help inform thoughtful, data-driven conversations related to emergency response.
The survey is open to all residents and takes only a few minutes to complete. Responses will be reviewed and used to inform ongoing conversations.
